Join the Google Group
Join ncam-app@googlegroups.com on Google
Groups. This adds you to the list of approved testers — it doesn't send you any email newsletters.
Install from Google Play
Once you've joined, open the Play Store link below while signed in with the same Google account. It can take a few minutes for Google to recognize your membership — if the page says the app isn't available, wait a bit and try again.
